Responsibilities
Executes operational processes by following detailed procedures and job aides while developing knowledge of the process.
Takes ownership of workload, ensures deliverables meet procedures, metrics, and benchmarks; adheres to critical timeframes; manages competing priorities.
Maintains a focus on internal and external client needs, including timely and accurate responses to inquiries and prompt issue resolution.
Builds and maintains positive relationships with internal and external customers to facilitate issue resolution, process improvements, and risk reduction.
Demonstrates effective communication, active participation in meetings, and a willingness to learn and apply feedback.
Incorporates risk and control considerations into day-to-day responsibilities and escalates appropriately.

Qualifications
Entry Level – internship experience highly preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred

Works with the team to review deliverables and ensure quality and accuracy
Adheres to established rules and procedures when performing work
Salary and Benefits

DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee)
Salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Actual salary is determined based on role, location, experience, and other considerations.
