Position Overview:
As an Acquisitions Specialist, you will contact homeowners regarding the potential sale of their property, collect essential information, underwrite their homes, and present offers. This is a high-energy role that offers unlimited earning potential for the right candidate. Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to homeowners to discuss selling their properties Build rapport and gather detailed property and ownership information Underwrite and analyze property data to determine market value Present offers and negotiate property purchases Work closely with a supportive acquisitions team to close deals Requirements:
Hardworking and self-motivated Eager to learn and grow professionally Comfortable working in a team environment Preferred (but not required):
