As a Sustainability Generalist at PwC, you will focus on integrating environmental, social, governance (ESG) considerations into business strategies. You will analyze client needs, provide consulting across the sustainability lifecycle, and build meaningful client relationships. This role involves navigating complex situations, growing technical expertise, and delivering high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities
Contribute to sustainability consulting and strategy projects Analyze complex problems and develop solutions Mentor team members to maintain high standards Develop and sustain client relationships Engage stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives Use data visualization tools to communicate insights Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree 3 years of experience in sustainability consulting, corporate sustainability, or related fields Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in relevant fields (e.g., Business, Environmental Science) Certifications such as GRI, ESRS, IFRS, ISO 14001, LEED, B Corp, ESG frameworks Experience with sustainability reporting, GHG protocols, and climate risk modeling Skills and Attributes
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Data analysis and visualization proficiency Ability to work in ambiguous environments and adapt Additional Information
