Duration: through 03/2026 Start date: Sep2025 subject to change Location: Hybrid (upon request) Hourly pay rate: : $44.37-$61.37 W2

Required
BS degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent work experience At least 2 years of experience as a business analysis, project manager/coordinator or related work Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills Process and detail oriented with ability to produce high- quality work products Demonstrated time management skills Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis Experience using verbal and written communications skills Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint)
Preferred At least 3 years of experience in the Electric Utility Industry, Human Performance and Event Analysis, and Internal Controls Experience and conducting event analysis At least 4 years of experience with ClientOperations, Markets, Planning, and ITS functions Experience with Client’s internal systems, business process, and tools Experience with Clientregulatory and governing documents Experience with developing and/or documenting controls Experience supporting Client stakeholder Committees Experience with Clientoperations, markets, and planning functions Experience supporting any of ClientCommittees
Estimated Min Rate : $44.37 Estimated Max Rate : $61.37
