Additionally, you will organise leadership team calls and meetings, oversee research and data analysis, promote consistent execution across sectors, and collaborate across lines of service for knowledge sharing and promoting technology/tools for sales and delivery.

The Opportunity: As part of the Analyst and Advisor Relations team, you will develop and execute a forward-looking strategy to enhance the Consulting business' market positioning and strengthen relationships with key analysts and advisors. As a Managing Director, you will generate and share a strategic vision that others can aspire to, while exemplifying the desired skills and values to influence the performance of others. This role requires a wealth of business knowledge and innovation to create distinctive benefits for clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Strengthen partnerships with key analysts and advisors to enhance market presence
Drive innovative solutions that create unique benefits for clients and stakeholders
Anticipate market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability within the team
Maintain alignment with the Consulting business's long-term objectives
Champion the firm’s values and uphold professional standards
What You Must Have:
Bachelor's Degree
10 years of experience in strategy and operations
What Sets You Apart:
Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred
Demonstrating thought leadership in analyst relations
Shaping industry narratives to enhance market positioning
Collaborating with senior leadership for strategic influence
Driving engagement with key analysts and advisors
Developing operational frameworks for impactful engagement
Integrating insights into business growth strategies
Elevating executive participation in analyst engagements
Overseeing submission processes for analyst evaluations

The salary range for this position is: $236,000 - $499,000, plus potential annual discretionary bonus.
