Service Advisor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for our service customers, acting as a knowledgeable and trusted liaison between them and our skilled technicians. This role requires exceptional hospitality, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to ensure a seamless and premium service experience. Responsibilities
Greet customers
warmly and initiate the service process. Listen to customer concerns
and accurately document vehicle issues on the repair order. Translate customer needs
into clear, technical language for service technicians. Provide accurate estimates
for maintenance and repair services. Communicate effectively
with customers to keep them informed about their vehicle\'s status and provide expert recommendations. Manage the service workflow , ensuring timely completion of repairs. Complete detailed
service reports and documentation. Adhere to all
safety protocols and company policies. Qualifications
Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity. Proven experience
as a Service Advisor or in a similar high-end customer service or sales role. Strong automotive knowledge
with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. Excellent problem-solving skills
and a high degree of attention to detail. Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and other relevant software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver\'s license and a clean driving record. Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to work in a dynamic service drive and office environment. Applicants must be able to perform the following tasks: Stand, walk, and sit
for extended periods. Communicate clearly
with customers and team members in person and over the phone. Use a computer
and telephone system for long durations. Occasionally
lift and move objects
up to 25 pounds. Work in an environment that may involve
moderate noise levels
