Auto Collision Service Advisor , you will be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through the repair process with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail. You’ll: Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their experience is seamless from estimate to delivery. Coordinate repair planning, documentation, and authorizations with accuracy and compliance. Provide proactive updates and clear communication throughout the repair cycle. Partner with teammates to deliver vehicles back to customers with pride and confidence in the work performed. This role is more than managing repairs—it’s about ensuring customers feel supported, informed, and cared for during a stressful time.
What You Bring
Experience in customer service, automotive, or collision repair (preferred, but not required). Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A commitment to accuracy, safety, and delivering a world-class customer experience. Willingness to pitch in where needed—from paperwork to vehicle delivery—because at Better Collision, no one is left on an island.

Requirements
The position is based in a normal shop environment. Daily activity may include physical activity such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting and stooping to inspect repairs, lifting and carrying objects over 50 pounds, and sitting or standing for extended periods during estimating and disassembly. The working environment includes exposure to fumes, chemicals, dust, high noise levels, and weather conditions. Regular exposure to work near mechanical parts. Protective equipment may be required. Visual acuity is needed to determine the accuracy and thoroughness of the work.
