They are responsible for greeting customers, understanding their vehicle concerns, accurately documenting repair needs, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally in person or by phone. Advise customers on recommended services, maintenance schedules, recalls, and warranty coverage. Obtain customer and vehicle information. Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer. Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of the vehicle. Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts. Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently. Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order. Explain all completed work and charges to customers. Conduct post-repair follow up. Resolve customer complaints while maintaining value, quality, and integrity. GM experience preferred. Excellent pay plan with unlimited potential. Requirements

Previous experience as a service advisor or in a related field. Excellent customer service skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and ability to accurately document repair needs. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. GM experience preferred. Benefits
