Prospecting for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising, or other means of generating interest from potential clients. This will be the primary role of the Business Development Executive. Planning persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with our Firm. Developing a rapport with new clients, setting targets for sales, and providing support that will continually improve the relationship. Growing and retaining existing clients by presenting new solutions and services. Responsible for developing a pipeline of new business coming into the Firm. Attending industry functions, including association events, conferences, and providing feedback and information on market and creative trends. Using the market and competitors, identifying, and developing the Firm’s unique selling propositions and differentiators. Continue to challenge our go-to-market strategy for our energy vertical. Qualifications

Minimum of five years of business development experience. Thorough knowledge of the related market and competitors, and the solutions/services of the accounting industry. Familiarity or experience with Government Contracts. College degree or relevant/equivalent work experience. MBA or other advanced degree is a plus. Proven track record of successful business development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confidence interacting with clients and business partners, and ability to maintain professional composure in a challenging role. Proactive, results-oriented, self-starter. Ability to travel and to attend networking and other functions outside of normal business hours.
