We are currently seeking an experienced person to join our team at Kern-Liebers USA, Inc. in our Maintenance department. The Maintenance position plays a crucial role in our production process utilizing your expert knowledge and hands-on skills to maintain, repair, and/or rebuild complex machinery and equipment including trouble shooting and problem solving of electronic & mechanical systems.

Responsibilities
Planning, fabrication and installation of new wiring for fixtures, equipment, and building systems
Electrical knowledge is a must, will rewire machines
Perform preventative maintenance per work orders
Diagnose problems and develop/implement solutions
Order supplies, discuss scheduling and work order administration with Production Manager
Requirements
Must have at least two years of manufacturing electrical experience
High school degree or equivalent required
Journeyman's Card required
Have completed a D.O.L. certified apprentice program in an appropriate field, plus four years experience in industrial maintenance operations after apprenticeship or appropriate vocational training
Industrial experience with eight years performing industrial maintenance functions
Must possess basic computer skills
Must be able to work independently with written or verbal instructions
Compliance with all Safety, TS 16949, and ISO 9000 requirements
Working knowledge of 5S
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to operate overhead hoist and any other equipment necessary to perform duties
Able to operate a forklift and pallet jack
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for most of the shift. Some climbing, crawling, and/or kneeling may be required
Valid driver's license needed
Benefits This position pays $29.59/hr plus the chance to make an additional 11% incentive each week. This is a 1st shift, union position.
