This role requires the ability to execute, communicate, and influence for success in a highly dynamic, fast-paced setting. You will work with a diverse set of stakeholders, including senior executives, architects, development teams, and external partners, to identify new products and product capabilities, champion them towards implementation, and ultimately put them in the hands of the world’s most demanding customers. A successful candidate will have a passion for solving complex problems in a collaborative, agile work environment, a knack for creativity and innovative thinking, and a strong sense of empathy for both customers and engineering teams. The successful candidate will also possess superior executive communication skills and the ability to drive outcomes across multiple business lines. Responsibilities Deep understanding of Product Management best practices, particularly when it comes to requirements discovery, definition, prioritization, and data-driven tradeoff decisions. Ability to structure data for business analysis, familiarity with data architectures and concepts (e.g., data provenance), use of AI, and ontologies Stakeholder management Cross-functional collaboration Executive communication & presentation ability at an advanced level (verbal and written) Qualifications Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 - $199,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
