Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on functional testing Proven experience in functional testing, integration testing, and test automation. Working knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum). Familiarity with Agile, test case design, and defect tracking. Familiarity with IRS testing methodologies (e.g., SAT, FIT) is a plus. 5+ years functional testing experience. Must be eligible to obtain a US security clearance. Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in integration/system testing. Experience with multi-system validation and tax processing preferred. Working knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum). Familiarity with Agile, test case design, and defect tracking. Familiarity with IRS testing methodologies (e.g., SAT, FIT) is a plus. Must be eligible to obtain a US security clearance. IRS experience Automation Tester Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in testing software applications Experience working in Agile and SDLC work environments Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio) Some experience in test automation including the development and execution of automated test scripts Experience with 508 functional testing Experience with defect tracking/requirements management tool, desired technologies include: IBM Rational Suite, (ClearQuest, Requirements Pro, Functional Test) Experience in all phases of software testing including test planning, functional testing, and regression testing Experience testing all layers of the application, including web-based user interface, service layer, data migration, integration layer, data layer, and performance testing Performance Tester Qualifications

Understanding of IRS SLAs and performance modeling. Working knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum). Familiarity with IRS testing methodologies (e.g., SAT, FIT) is a plus. 6+ years of experience in manual testing and developing automation scripts. 6+ years of experience with mainframe systems and using tools such as JCL, batch processing, and configuration management tools. 6+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on mainframe systems.
