Job Overview S.R. Construction Services LLC is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations for our commercial and industrial projects in Delray Beach and the surrounding areas. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality and safety. The ideal candidate is professional, articulate, and experienced in managing large-scale builds with a strong knowledge of Procore construction software.

Key Responsibilities
Lead daily on-site construction activities from mobilization to completion
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel
Enforce safety standards (OSHA compliance) and conduct safety meetings
Maintain organized, secure, and clean jobsites
Communicate with project managers, engineers, and clients
Ensure quality workmanship per plans and specifications
Manage field documentation & T&M tickets through Procore
Submit daily reports and weekly project photos
Oversee procurement, logistics, and material deliveries
Qualifications
College Degree OR 5+ years in commercial/industrial construction supervision
Strong knowledge of ground-up builds, TI projects, MEP coordination, and finishes
Proficient in Procore, Outlook, Teams, and Excel
OSHA 10 certification required
Clean driving record; professional and reliable presentation
High school diploma/GED required; advanced training/certifications preferred
Willingness to travel for projects when needed
