Associate Sales Representative - Surgical Implants

Strongest regional distributor of surgical implants in the greater New York area, trusted brand of craniomaxillofacial and thoracic devices. Territory:
Manhattan/Bronx Responsibilities: Support Senior Sales Representatives with day-to-day sales tasks to achieve territory sales goals. Participate in surgical cases in the operating room and with Surgeon relationships. Build and maintain relationships with clients. Identify sales opportunities with existing and new clients. Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, supporting surgeries, and providing excellent customer service. Case coverage can be early morning and on-call for emergency procedures. Occasional attendance to networking events, surgeon education and training events, and client entertainment events. Requirements: 1-2 years prior experience in sales, with documented top performance accomplishments. Must be available for scheduled procedures and on short notice for emergency cases. Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to quickly learn and understand product knowledge. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related sales field. Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus. Interest in Orthopedic industry is a plus. Compensation: First year expected total earnings $75-90k, Second year expected total earnings can be $100K+ based on productivity. This is a full-time job, at a 1099 or W2 structure of your choosing.
