Overview
Mead & Hunt, Inc., a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has one or more positions available for a Mechanical CAD/BIM technician for our Building Engineering Group. This position will be based out of our Denver, CO or Madison, WI office locations.
Responsibilities
Draw mechanical systems for building projects using Revit software
Set up engineering drawing sets in Revit software
Apply design standards to engineering drawings
Draw, lay out, size, coordinate, and detail mechanical systems
Attend project team meetings
Coordinate with the design team
Occasional travel may be required
Qualifications
Associate degree (or higher) in computer aided drafting (CAD) or related field from an accredited institution and at least 1 year of relevant experience; OR if no degree, at least 3 years of relevant professional experience
