Shift differential: $3.00 per hour for the majority of your shift after 5:00 pm.

Shift Wednesday through Friday, 6:00 pm – 6:00 am, 36‑hour work week, three 12‑hour shifts.
Key traits for this role
Collaborate across functions (Sales, Prepress, Cutting, Kitting, Shipping, etc.) to achieve results.
Conform to shifting priorities with analytical problem‑solving skills.
React promptly to project adjustments.
Make proactive design decisions based on available information.
Basic reading, writing, arithmetic skills.
Experience supervising/leading a team.
Lift 50 lb. on a regular basis.
In this position, you will
Work closely with the manager and other shift leaders to prioritize and direct department workflow.
Support a safe environment, driving toward 0 OSHA recordables & maintain high quality standards.
Ensure assembly integrity through continuous monitoring of departmental processes.
Maintain appropriate levels of supplies to meet production requirements.
Monitor work‑order issues and receipts.
Establish open lines of communication with the production floor.
Represent corporate policy and communicate to employees as required.
Ensure training & skills matrix compliance & further develop team skills.
Drive continuous improvement by monitoring efficiency & productivity & implementing improvements.
Drive improvements in material flow, including cell design & material delivery; interact with support departments to reduce costs.
Complete & quality check each job according to ticket specifications.
Learn existing equipment, train, and learn on new equipment.
Troubleshoot production problems to meet productivity & quality standards.
Put away stock, break down boxes and clean up after shift.
Perform miscellaneous projects & complete various tasks as requested by management.
