RFP Specialist

to lead proposal development for enterprise and B2B clients. This role requires strong writing and project management skills. Responsibilities

Review RFPs and tailor responses to client needs. Collaborate with SMEs to gather technical content. Write, edit, and format persuasive proposals. Manage timelines to ensure timely submissions. Maintain a repository of case studies and templates. Track proposal success and improve processes. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications. 2 years in B2B proposal or bid management. Excellent writing and editing skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Familiarity with B2B sales and solution selling. Experience with proposal tools (e.g., RFPIO, Loopio) is a plus. Conditions of Employment
