Maintenance Supervisor
is responsible for all maintenance operations within the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, personnel management, safety compliance, and customer service. This role involves overseeing staff and vendors to ensure property upkeep, safety, and resident satisfaction. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Manage maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate work schedules Ensure safety standards and OSHA regulations are met Maintain accurate records of work orders, safety, and compliance Assist with community upkeep and participate in emergency on-call duties Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC certification desired Basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA standards Physical Requirements
Must be able to move, lift objects over 100 lbs, work in various environments, and be available for emergency on-call work, including nights and weekends. Additional Details
