Role Summary
The Sales Engineer supports the sales organization in all technical matters related to pre-sales, sales calls, and customer awareness. What You Will Do
Support sales team with technical expertise for customers with 101-1000 users Build relationships with key customer decision-makers to understand needs and recommend solutions Serve as subject matter expert and conduct technical meetings, demos, and proof of concepts Provide secondary sales engineering support for larger accounts (1001+ users), including RFP management, POC setup, and onsite support Assist in customer success initiatives to promote cross-selling and portfolio expansion, utilizing activities like Health Checks and NIST Assessments Collaborate with channel sales and partners to generate a pipeline through indirect engagement What You Will Bring
3-5 years in a sales role with decision-makers in large organizations, exceeding sales quotas Basic knowledge of MDR services and Incident Response Understanding of cybersecurity protection methods for Networks, Cloud, Windows, Linux, and Mac OS Strong communication skills for engaging product demos Ability to articulate technical and business advantages clearly Experience working with channel partners and in team selling environments In the U.S., the salary ranges from $60,200 to $100,800, with additional commissions and benefits.
