We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. As a Property Maintenance Specialist at ZNZFACILITIES INC., you will handle a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, contributing to the smooth operation and upkeep of residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs Respond promptly to service calls and address urgent repair needs Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure high satisfaction levels Qualifications:
Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or vocational training is a plus Benefits:
