Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Superintendent. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing construction site operations, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, managing project timelines, coordinating with project managers and subcontractors, and maintaining project budgets. The Superintendent will ensure that all tasks are completed on schedule and within scope.
Qualifications
Construction site and safety management
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience with budgeting and schedule oversight
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Relevant certifications in construction management and safety are a plus
Proven track record of successful project completion in the construction industry
