Job Description Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Production of daily and monthly reports
Travel to remote sites and daily site visits
Submittal and RFI logging and distribution
Monitor project budget
Review and negotiate contractor proposed change orders
Monthly reporting
Other responsibilities as required
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or other related field
OR 7 years of similar field experience
5 years or more experience, preferably with communication tower work
Excellent written and oral communication skills and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, experience in Procore preferred
Offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The Salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $150,000.00.
