Responsibilities and Essential Tasks

Communicates and coordinates work and activities with Project management team, GC, owner reps, crew members and other trades. Forecasts training and orders manpower, material, tool & equipment needs in advance to ensure proper tools/equipment, materials, information, manpower & other requirements are on the project when needed. Proceeds with work via written and verbal instructions, plans, drawings & specifications. Coordinates and manages equipment rentals. Identifies, schedules and facilitates all jobsite related inspections. Performs 10-5-2-1 on all installation activities. Completes a weekly Short Interval Schedule with a minimum of 2 weeks forecasted. Participates in daily and weekly team meetings. Demonstrates strong expertise in trade-related materials, components, equipment, systems, installation methods, safety procedures, calculations, blueprint and drawing interpretation & troubleshooting. Interprets electrical blueprints, internal shop drawings and details, and architectural, civil, structural, plumbing and utility blueprints. Provides leadership to effectively direct a crew and meets or exceeds project schedules, productivity standards & budgets. Instructs employees in operation of tools and equipment, safe work practices, electrical principles and applicable NEC. Evaluates employees under supervision in a timely manner and documents disciplinary actions as instructed by HR or supervisor. Works with tools alongside crew when required and maintains a safe workplace. Represents the company professionally and keeps customer and company interests as a priority. Mentors lower-level employees and provides guidance. Operates hand and power tools and equipment necessary to perform trade assignments. Shows knowledge of construction scheduling and demonstrates effective supervision and management, including planning and scheduling work for all employees under supervision. Completes administrative requirements such as time sheets, labor coding, daily logs, material and tool requisitions, man loading schedules, incident/injury reports and employee notifications. Interprets construction-related accounting reports (e.g., job cost & risk detail). Monitors labor productivity and quality to meet project schedules and production quotas. Prepares detail drawings for the job as needed and troubleshoots/resolves problems in electrical circuits, systems & equipment. Performs Energized Electrical Work (EEW) for B permit procedures up to 480 volts when required and permits metering/testing on systems not exceeding 480 volts following live-work policies & procedures. Directs and performs work within applicable code standards (NEC, CEC, Title 24, Utility standards, City standards, etc.). Proficient with digital technology and job-related software and applications. Regularly exposed to environmental conditions inside and outside: inclement weather, cold, heat, and humidity. Noise may be loud. May be exposed to vibrations, moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, machines, dust and chemicals. Rex Moore pays hourly/salary rates commensurate with knowledge, experience and skill level. EOE Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Holds a current General Electrical certification through the state (preferred) At least 5-10 years of related experience Physical Demands

Regularly required to communicate detailed instructions Frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching, climbing ladders Occasionally required to lift objects up to 50 lbs with assistance Visual and hearing requirements consistent with safety standards PM22
