Looking for a Co-Living Property Manager
I am seeking a property manager in Jacksonville, Florida, for a Co-Living (rent-by-the-room) property in Murray Hill. Please note: This is not a Padsplit home. I'd like to fill it with long-term leases, not weekly leases (like Padsplit). It is beautifully renovated and a stone's throw from Post Stand Edgewood. If the first one goes well, I will have plenty more properties like this one to pass off.
