Provide Integrated Performance Management (IPM) support for a large program. Key Tasks:
Perform independent IPM assessments and cross-program analysis of major systems acquisitions. Interpret and implement IPM policy and practices. Analyze contract cost and schedule performance. Perform driving path and critical path analyses. Perform independent schedule risk analysis. Develop a range of independent estimates at complete (EACs). Conduct Integrated Baseline Reviews and implement over target baselines. Conduct Earned Value Management System (EVMS) compliance and implementation reviews. Assist with developing and deploying integrated Agile/DevOps and IPM best practices across the program. Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a Technical or Business-related discipline (Advanced degree preferred) and at least 12 years of IPM experience (including at least 8 years in the IC or DoD). Ability to apply analytic techniques to evaluate programmatic data and resolve inconsistencies. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (pivot tables and macros). Proficiency in creating presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint. Experience and knowledge in project management concepts and principles. Knowledge of Federal Appropriations Law, concepts, methods, and standards impacting financial activities. Knowledge of Federal Government budgetary principles and procedures. Desired Certifications: Any of the following - IRMP, ISPP, IPPM. Clearance Requirements:
Active TS/SCI w/CI Poly Work, Physical, and Mental Requirements
This role operates in a professional office environment using standard office equipment. It is largely sedentary but may require moving files, lifting up to 40 lbs, and occasional standing or bending. Mental demands include reading, effective communication, and maintaining professionalism.
