This is a Business Development Manager role in the Midwest. You will be responsible for planning and executing territory sales programs and initiatives, including the solicitation and building sustained relationships with physicians, staff, and other healthcare personnel, to generate revenue through the sale of VMG’s products. What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Manager, you will: Develop quarterly & annual territory business plans, goals, and objectives aligned with VMG’s sales strategies designed to achieve assigned objectives.
Generate revenue that meets or exceeds quotas.
Complete all required VMG training and education programs.
Maintain excellence in product and procedure knowledge, business acumen, and proven sales processes to achieve results.
Represent and support VMG at national and regional meetings and conferences.
Identify qualified physicians/physician practices and gain commitment for utilizing VMG products as part of their clinical practices.
Prepare and provide accurate healthcare economic information and support, and provide market intelligence.
Provide reimbursement and health economics support to customers.
Oversee and support physician and staff training on the use of VMG’s products.
Conduct periodic business reviews with all existing customer practices.
Maintain detailed customer records utilizing VMG’s CRM platform.
Comply with all corporate policy and quality system requirements.
Complete all administrative requirements accurately and on a timely basis.
Always professionally conduct yourself.
Travel requirement is 30-40%.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
4+ years of Peripheral Vascular device sales experience with an understanding of AV access and documented sales success.
Comfortability navigating VAC and can clearly articulate this process.
Strong time-management skills, highly motivated, a team player, and driven.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).

Compensation & Benefits: • Base:
$115K • Variable commission: $200K+, uncapped on new & existing business paid out monthly (overage paid out quarterly) • OTE:
