
Business Development Representative (US East)
Komodor is a cutting-edge Kubernetes Platform provider. As a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR), your primary responsibility will be to identify and generate new sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound activities to support the company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a self-starter attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand the Komodor product offering and its value to potential customers.
This position will be hired in east US
What will you do:
Prospect outbound leads from multiple channels, both from marketing and strategic search
Set qualified meetings and generate pipeline for the sales team
Build and test different reach-out strategies over phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social networks and communities
Understand customer needs and pains, and communicate how Komodor can deliver positive business outcomes
Requirements
3+ years of successful sales experience as a BDR in a software or SaaS company, ideally in a start-up environment
Interest in the B2D world, and eagerness to engage with technical buyers in Cloud, DevOps, and Developer tools
Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and customizing outreach emails
Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Salesforce, and Outreach
Knowledge of K8s is a plus
High energy, driven, and goal-oriented
Strong self-discipline, focus, and time management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Positive attitude and resilience in face of rejection or criticism
