Amazon is seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Customer Advisor
to join our Amazon Business team, specializing in the commercial sector. In this role, you will work closely with small and medium-sized businesses to provide tailored solutions that enhance their purchasing processes through Amazon Business. You will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, fostering long-term relationships, and contributing to the growth of Amazons B2B services. Key Responsibilities
Understand customer needs within the commercial sector and provide relevant solutions through Amazon Business. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to drive adoption and satisfaction. Educate customers on Amazon Business features such as bulk purchasing, analytics tools, and integration with procurement systems. Identify new opportunities for customer growth and work cross-functionally to implement solutions. Collect and relay customer feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement of Amazon Business services. Meet or exceed defined performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in B2B sales or account management. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and derive actionable insights. Knowledge of e-commerce and procurement systems is a plus. Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer advisory or account management role, with a focus on commercial sectors. Prior experience working with B2B services is advantageous. Working Hours
