experienced Service Advisor
to join our growing team!

THE ROLE As a
Service Advisor , you’ll be the key link between our customers and our service department. You’ll greet clients, manage service requests, coordinate with technicians, and ensure that every customer leaves satisfied with their experience.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet customers and assist with service inquiries in person, by phone, and online
Create work orders and accurately record customer concerns and requests
Schedule service appointments and follow up on repair progress
Communicate with technicians to relay information and update customers
Provide estimates, explain recommended services, and review invoices
Coordinate warranty claims, PDI completion, and first service bookings
Help ensure excellent customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Assist in managing the flow of work through the service department
THE REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience as a
Service Advisor
or in a related automotive/powersports role
Valid driver’s license
Knowledge of
mechanical components
on ATVs, motorcycles, side‑by‑side, and small engines
Strong
communication ,
organization , and
multitasking
skills
Friendly, professional, and
customer‑focused
attitude
