We are looking for an experienced
Property Manager
for our Apartment Communities in
Northampton, and Amherst.
The work will require knowledge of affordable housing programs such as
Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and HOME.
You will be surrounded by our dedicated Resident Services and Maintenance Team to help deliver a well-rounded service to our residents. You will have the support of our Senior Management and an ongoing commitment to training and professional development. Job Requirements: Share our core values focused on Integrity, Respect, Enthusiasm, Commitment and Harmony Strong commitment to supporting our community and residents Ability to lead the team, organize and prioritize work Be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with others Ability to manage and problem resolve tenant concerns Working knowledge of affordable housing programs, such as HUD and LIHTC Previous experience in Property Management What to expect?
