Due to continued growth, we are excited to add a Regional Business Development Executive to our team in Darien, CT. As the Regional Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding our security business across the region. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts, with a focus on integrating security solutions into our established fire alarm and sprinkler services. The Business Development Executive will work closely with local branches to develop tailored strategies that drive sales and enhance our security services portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the security segment within existing IPS accounts.
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase market share.
Collaborate with branch managers to identify opportunities for security system integrations.
Account Management:
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and identifying opportunities for additional services.
Market Research:
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our service offerings and competitive edge.
Work closely with local branches to develop customized proposals and presentations.
Coordinate with the sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Reporting:
Track and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and sales pipeline.
Prepare regular updates and forecasts for senior management.
