Self Storage Property Manager – Full Time
Join us to help continue building occupancy and make this property a staple of the community.
We are searching for an outgoing sales and customer service‑oriented person who wants to participate in the growth of a company. You will work independently and help customers by phone and in‑person to understand their storage needs, rent units, process payments, answer questions and solve problems.
Must be able to work weekends.
Responsibilities
Property and facility upkeep including grounds keeping and housekeeping.
Complete rental agreements, receipts, insurance addenda and other required documents.
Collection of all rent, fees and other monies owed to the business.
Maintain tenant files in the computer system; prepare and mail weekly/monthly reports.
Send required tenant legal notices.
Make courtesy and collection calls, collect past‑due rent, document calls.
Initiate collection services and process delinquent accounts per policy, federal and state law.
Keep empty storage spaces clean and ready to rent.
Participate in promotion and tracking of marketing programs.
Qualifications
Previous experience in management, customer service, or retail sales.
Proficient telephone skills.
Strong computer skills a plus.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Background check will be conducted.
Apartment, hotel or storage experience helpful but not required.
