Sr. Business Analyst (Salesforce) — What you’ll do The
Sr. Business Analyst (Salesforce)
will play a pivotal role in leading and optimizing IP Corporation’s Salesforce platform to align with business goals and enhance operational efficiency. You will serve as a trusted advisor to the business—partnering closely with our sales, IT, and executive teams to drive process improvements, design scalable Salesforce solutions, and ensure seamless adoption across the enterprise.
Sr. Business Analyst (Salesforce) — Responsibilities
Analyze, document, and refine business requirements for Salesforce-related projects.
Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions that support business process efficiency.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to capture needs and translate them into actionable technical plans.
Oversee the delivery, testing, and integration of new Salesforce features and enhancements.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and process documentation to drive data-driven decisions.
Provide expert guidance, training, and support to Salesforce users across departments.
Monitor platform performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend enhancements.
Mentor and support junior Salesforce Business Analysts to strengthen team capability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and best practices.
Experience in business process modeling, optimization, and stakeholder management.
Proven ability to lead small to mid-sized projects; PMP, Agile, or similar certifications a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Self-starter mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
