We’re working with a global navigation and autonomy company already delivering cutting‑edge solutions into defense platforms across the U.S. Now, they’re hiring a Business Development Executive to drive strategic growth across defense programs. This is a high‑impact commercial role for someone who knows how to sell into defense primes, understands program lifecycles, and can translate complex navigation tech into mission‑critical value. Key Responsibilities

Own strategic growth across missile, rocket, and propulsion‑related programs Identify and close new business with major primes and tiered integrators Lead on targeting expansion across adjacent programs Act as the commercial lead across GTM, product and support functions Position APNT/INS solutions as enablers of targeting, guidance, and stabilisation Represent the company across industry events, demos, and key customer engagements Key Requirements

5+ years in BD or sales within the defense ecosystem (primes, gov programs, integrators) Experience with missile/rocket tech: propulsion, guidance, targeting systems Strong understanding of how navigation fits into wider system architectures Familiar with DoD acquisition, and program lifecycles Comfortable influencing both technical and procurement decision‑makers Must be a U.S. Person Seniority Level
