We are looking for a highly motivated Freight Forwarding professional with around 3-4 years of hands-on experience in freight forwarding operations, to join our client’s team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This role will require relocation to Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and streamline daily freight forwarding activities, focusing on project logistics and ensuring operational efficiency
Manage and mentor a team of project logistics professionals, driving team performance and fostering professional growth
Contribute to business development efforts
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize performance
Key Requirements
3-4 years of experience in freight forwarding operations, ideally with a focus on ocean freight and/or project cargo
Desire to learn, grow and build a career in freight forwarding
Strong understanding of the logistics market and commitment to achieving exceptional client outcomes
Fluent in English and German is essential
Willingness to relocate to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
