Total Media Solutions . Job-Specific Expectations: Check incoming shipments from all vendors and ship out parts through various shipping companies. Possess a positive attitude. Possess a teamwork mentality. Ensure that all products are received on the listed vendor packing slips. Ensure that part numbers on the parts match parts numbers on the packing slips. Document any errors in deliveries. Ensure that all back-order parts are documented and filed. Ensure that all customer parts are stored in correct special order bins. Ensure that all parts that need to be shipped are shipped out that day. Education: High school diploma or the equivalent. Licenses: Driver's License. Other Skills: Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Professional personal appearance. Excellent communication skills. Ability to meet company's production and quality standards. Physical Requirements: Move throughout the company facility for most of the shift. Sitting: infrequently. Standing, walking, bending, twisting, and/or stooping: regularly. Kneeling and/or squatting: regularly. Lifting over 50 lbs. Reaching and/or lifting overhead: regularly. Climbing stairs and ladders. Repetitive hand/finger movement, grasping/grabbing with hands, pushing and pulling: regularly. Expectations: Devote oneself to ensuring customer satisfaction. Determine management, production, and quality requirements by asking questions and listening. Attend company meetings as required. Maintain a follow-up system for projects. Establish personal performance goals aligned with company standards. Review actions periodically to improve efficiency.
