New Business Development Executive
to join our East Region team. This newly created role is designed for a strategic sales professional with deep expertise in facilities management and a passion for transforming the workplace experience through branded environments. Workplace by Sodexo is a people-centric approach that integrates facilities management, design, and culture to drive productivity, employee engagement, and brand identity. We are seeking a sales leader who understands the impact of workplace branding—wall graphics, signage, environmental design, and spatial identity—and how these elements can shape company culture and reinforce organizational values.
What You’ll Do
Generate new business opportunities by targeting key decision makers across corporate environments
Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through research, networking, and strategic outreach
Partner with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions
Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and revenue targets
