
Sales Engineer - KS

Spirax Sarco is seeking a dedicated Sales Engineer to drive energy solutions. Key Responsibilities
Support sales efforts by jointly calling on end users and delivering outstanding solutions. Develop and nurture relationships with distribution channels through planning and technical training. Create and supervise the business plan for your sales territory to ensure flawless execution. Generate sales exceeding forecasts to contribute to Spirax Sarco’s market share growth. Implement activities aligned with the organization’s strategic goals. Cultivate customer relationships to develop repeat business within your territory. Collaborate with your Area Manager to develop a Top 25 account list within your territory. Assess sales potential, prioritize accounts, and develop action plans, including cold calling and canvassing. Train end users on Spirax Sarco products and services through informal sessions and formal presentations. Ensure customers receive accurate and timely quotations and expedite orders as needed. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify future business opportunities. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience selling technical or industrial products; STEAM experience preferred. Ability to conduct professional presentations for customers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Valid driver’s license in accordance with company policies. Familiarity with and based in the Kansas market.
