Soar Autism Center is hiring for an
Early Intervention Specialist
to be part of our transformative team dedicated to fostering the development of children with autism. As a care provider at our center, you will apply behavioral and developmental strategies to assist in our children’s development. In turn,
you will teach skills that provide a critical foundation for a child's growth and learning .
Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive one‑on‑one care and behavioral/developmental support to children aged 2‑6, emphasizing a nurturing and encouraging environment.
Implement care plans under the guidance of our clinical team, ensuring they are suitable for the learning and growth of children.
Build relationships with children's families.

Meaningfully impact children’s growth , clear paths for career advancement, purpose‑led organization, multi‑disciplinary team.
Challenges: Can be demanding at times working with children, some routine care like diaper changes.
Qualifications
Interest in and experience working with children.
Preference given to those currently in a degree program or holding a degree.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Must have reliable transportation to both training location and local center; punctuality is essential.
Must be able to meet the following physical requirements: sit and stand frequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods of time, sit in a chair, stand, walk, and occasionally run short distances to catch up with a client.

Pay range $21.00 – $28.00 per hour with regular bonus and promotion opportunities; all staff are considered for a raise or promotion every three months.
