
Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team in Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for managing construction projects up to $40 million, working closely with Senior Superintendents and Project Managers. Your primary goal will be to ensure a productive and safe job site, maintaining high standards of workmanship and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Oversee jobsite administration and coordinate field operations. Assist in the development, monitoring, and updating of the project schedule. Manage the direct labor force and maintain positive labor relations on-site. Manage subcontractor schedules, quality-of-work, and payments. Ensure a safe and secure jobsite environment. Perform quality control for the project. Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders including the Owner, design professionals, building officials, local businesses, and emergency services. Prepare and submit daily reports. Qualifications
OSHA 30 hours Training. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Excellent plan and specification reading skills. Strong organizational skills. Must pass pre-employment drug screen test if hired. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience in Federal government construction (preferred). BS/BA Degree (preferred). LEED Training / Corps Of Engineer Training (preferred). Experience in Primavera Expedition and Bluebeam (preferred). Scheduling knowledge – Primavera P6 experience (preferred).
