
For our Broken Arrow (Tulsa County) subsidiary, we are looking to fill the following position at the earliest opportunity:

Mexico or North/East USA | Remote or Tulsa, OK
What you can expect
Identify, research, and engage potential customers in target industries through trade publications, networking, and proactive outreach.
Build strong, trust-based relationships by consulting with customers on applications and providing solution-oriented sales support.
Collaborate with project engineering to develop compelling technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer needs.
Lead quotation strategies, influence key decision-makers, and secure orders.
Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to improve competitiveness in pricing, services, and technology.
Coordinate closely with colleagues in the United States, Mexico, and our global network to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Travel throughout North America (and occasionally Europe) to meet with customers, attend events, and support project execution.
What we are looking for
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Work experience:
Experience in capital equipment system sales or industrial automation is an advantage.
A background in e-mobility or electronics assembly sectors is beneficial.
Professional know-how:
Solid understanding of sales principles, customer service, and market dynamics.
Analytical thinker with a customer-first mindset and ability to craft tailored solutions.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
The ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts would be valuable.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with manufacturing and production process challenges is preferred.
Language skills:
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus!).
