As a Surgical Technologies Associate Sales Representative, you will assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker ST products to meet our customers’ needs. You will conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. You will track your territory progress, communicate wins with your Sales Representatives, and strive to exceed each goal. Onsite with clients, you will use your product knowledge to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses and other staff on proper use and maintenance of our products. You take pride in excellent service and are prepared to assist a customer whenever the need arises. You enjoy a fast-paced environment and find purpose in selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better. What you need

Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited university 1-2 years in medical sales or B2B is preferred Travel

Approximately 20% travel. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile. Physical requirements

Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects Coordination of eye, hand and foot movement; ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands including visual and auditory discrimination, memory, reading ability and memory retention Mental requirements

Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise Manage time, projects, stress and conflict Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication Ability to bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision Ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records Ability to communicate/present to large groups of people Unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment Stryker will provide
