Guide and direct field employees, trade contractors, and suppliers. Assist trade contractors with tasks, when necessary. Conduct regular walk-through meetings with customers and Project Manager. ·Coordinate punch list work to be completed by subcontractors. Expert ability to manage project timelines and budgets Demonstrable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently Industry consistent work history Ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors Strong desire to be successful and surrounded by like-minded individuals with a passion for high quality work and career advancement
