Responsibilities
Greet customers and determine their service needs in a friendly, professional manner
Write up repair orders and explain recommended maintenance or repairs
Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
Review repair orders for accuracy and ensure all services are properly documented
Present service estimates, gain approvals, and coordinate vehicle delivery
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Service Advisor preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
Knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance
CDK experience a plus
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
