Concrete Foreman
who are willing to travel and work with a team mentality.
Responsibilities include:
overseeing all facets of commercial and industrial projects, collaborating with professionals, and maintaining quality and standards throughout the project. The role requires flexibility to transfer between tasks, with attributes including: Travel is required; extended travel is a plus. Motivated and punctual Reliable, with a focus on quality and craftsmanship Team player contributing skills and knowledge Positive onsite leadership Positive attitude and strong work ethic Experience in form-carpentry, ironwork, metal building erection, or concrete finishing Ability to read plans, specifications, and schedules is a plus Proficiency with hand and power tools; must provide necessary tools Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, and to climb, crouch, and kneel Ability to work in various weather conditions Compliance with all safety rules and regulations Overtime opportunities Transportation to and from job sites; employer provides transportation for out-of-town work * Employment is contingent upon passing a background check, drug screening, physical capacity test, and possessing a valid driver’s license.
