We create more efficient ways for shippers and carriers to transport goods across North America. What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like

Process customer-mandated background checks, Motor Vehicle Reports (MVR) and drug screens for Last Mile contract carrier applicants and contract carrier employee applicants. Review background, MVR and drug screen results to determine whether they meet the Last Mile criteria. Review each applicant’s background and drug test authorization forms and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and usability, as required by vendors and FCRA regulations. Obtain missing, inaccurate, or unusable documents from appropriate Operations Manager. Place orders for background checks and/or MVRs using the appropriate vendor website; renew annual background checks and MVRs for all contract carriers and their driver/Helper employees. Communicate results to appropriate Operations Manager via Contractlogix program. Minimum Qualifications

1 year of contract management experience Basic knowledge of and experience with Windows applications and Microsoft Office Experience accurately inputting information into and retrieving information from a computer Preferred Qualifications

Associate degree in Business Administration 2 years of contract management experience, related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience 3 years of logistics or transportation experience Availability to work additional hours as needed, which may include evenings and weekends Compensation and Benefits
