Underground Telecom Foreman
Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking an Underground Telecom Foreman to lead crews in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunication systems. The Foreman will enforce safety protocols, manage project timelines, and serve as a primary liaison with property owners.
Key Responsibilities
Lead crews to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Train and supervise crew members on site operations and safety.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project documents.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
Assist the Supervisor with day‑to‑day activities.
Communicate with property owners regarding work scope and resolve issues.
Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery.
Perform work in all weather conditions.
Carry out other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Minimum age 18 years.
Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
Valid driver’s license.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education, with relevant work experience (preferred).
At least three years of related work experience.
Previous Foreman experience preferred.
Physical Abilities & Exposures
Work alone in remote locations and confined spaces, with arms above shoulder level, operating vehicles and heavy machinery, lifting >55 lbs.
Occasional use of ladders, keyboards, and mice.
