Base pay range:
$20.00/hr - $25.00/hr Notes:

Role:
Bilingual Customer Service & Language Specialist (Pashto) (W-2 Employee) Responsibilities and Qualifications are described below. Key Responsibilities
Deliver real-time OPI/VRI interpretation services in Pashto and English Assist interpreters with completing and updating profiles and documentation Follow up with interpreters to ensure records are current and compliant Maintain clear and professional communication with interpreters and internal teams Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and accuracy Coordinate interpreter assignments, efficiently manage schedules, and ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of client requests Maintain interpreter account records, updating information related to assignments, availability, and billing accurately Proactively troubleshoot scheduling issues, providing timely and effective solutions Requirements
Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Pashto Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage administrative documentation Ability to work full-time, on-site (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST or 8:30 AM–5:30 PM PST) Prior interpretation experience preferred Medical DSHS or national interpreter certification/qualification (e.g. NBCMI, CCHI, Other) is a plus (support provided for those seeking DSHS Medical recognition) Education & Professional Background
Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Human Resources, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, scheduling, recruiting, onboarding, interpretation, or translation Work Environment & Screening
This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Bellevue, WA corporate office Remote work is not permitted Candidates must pass a full-panel drug and alcohol screening and a national criminal background check Education & Certifications
