WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The AgilLink Client Success Consultant is responsible for all aspects of maintaining the client relationship after the sale. This includes consultation, planning, onboarding, and execution to ensure the client achieves full operational value from our SaaS products and services, with the goal of facilitating client retention and loyalty. Key activities involve examining client business processes, making recommendations to align those processes with our SaaS offerings, developing education/training plans, delivering product education remotely or in person, following up on and resolving reported issues, and supporting a healthy Client Satisfaction (CSAT) Score through regular "client health" check-ins to monitor relationship stability.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Manage the client relationship post-sale to support success within our SaaS products and services
Own and refine the CSAT process, ensuring relevant metrics are monitored and that the process evolves to measure both our offerings' and clients' success
Evaluate client business activities and map them to our SaaS processes
Design clients' financial statements and general ledger chart of accounts
Consult on data migration from legacy systems to our products
Assist with data cleanup for migration if using our legacy-to-AgilLink conversion process
Develop and deliver education plans on SaaS Accounting Software
Conduct training sessions, seminars, and other educational activities as needed
Act as a client advocate to identify and resolve issues proactively
Provide data to support Client Success Score calculations and work to improve CSAT scores
Collaborate with other departments to service client needs or act as SME
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Required Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years onboarding in a SaaS environment
Minimum of 6 years providing direct client services
Additional Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred in Technology, Communication, Business, Accounting, Education, or relevant area
Knowledge of financial reporting for investment & portfolio management systems
Experience with financial accounting for investments
Investment data reconciliation skills
Configuration experience with general ledger systems
Understanding of portfolio management systems (e.g., Addepar, Black Diamond, Tamarac)
Intermediate financial accounting vocabulary
Proven success managing large onboarding projects
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
Experience delivering impactful presentations
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation
Starting salary: $37.96 - $60.64/hour, with potential bonuses or commissions
