$93,000 – $158,000 per year

Location: 611 E. Marceau St., St. Louis, MO 63111 | Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible based on plant needs.

Pay is based on experience and qualifications, with additional bonus potential.

Responsibilities

Oversee deployment and reapplication of the Winland Excellence Systems, including MOS/Daily Direction Setting, Defect Handling, Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, Problem Solving, Deep Cleaning, Centerline, Clean Inspect Lubricate, and Health Checks.

Integrate digital solutions and platforms to eliminate non‑value‑added activity and advance problem‑solving initiatives.

Ensure alignment to current standards, methodically improving standards based on industry best practices.

Coach and provide feedback to site leadership and hourly teams to advance from compliance to effective execution of the core Winland Excellence Systems.

Coordinate, facilitate, and support training to improve technical capability and problem‑solving proficiency across the site.

Oversee the “Cost Savings Initiatives” pipeline, building robust initiatives that can be tracked to the bottom line.

Lead KPI reporting activities, including KPI tracking, goal setting, and impact valuation.

Plan and deliver update meetings with senior management to review pain points and develop solutions.

Engage teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

3–5 years of experience leading a Continuous Improvement program at a manufacturing site.

Firm grasp and internalization of Continuous Improvement principles.

Experience leveraging digital platforms to drive continuous improvement.

Demonstrated ability to teach technical problem solving and root cause analysis.

Strong presentation and communication skills engaging with multiple levels of an organization (Senior Leadership through Front Line Employees).

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well and communicate with others.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Willingness to travel approximately 10% domestically.
